These Terms govern your use of the Calderyn waitlist landing page at calderyncompany.com (the "Site"). By joining the waitlist you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit your information.
The waitlist
Calderyn is a pre-launch product. Joining the waitlist registers your interest and lets us contact you about early access. It does not create any obligation for Calderyn to provide the product, guarantee a launch date, or guarantee you access. Any "queue position", referral progress, or other figures shown on the Site are indicative only and may change.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact details and use only an email address and phone number you are authorized to use.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or probe the Site or its signup endpoint.
- Do not submit other people's information without their permission.
Communications
By submitting your details you consent to receive waitlist- and launch-related emails and text messages from Calderyn. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time (reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or contact us). See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, design, logos, and graphics, is owned by Calderyn and protected by applicable laws. Calderyn is not affiliated with Shopify, Meta, Google, or TikTok; those names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calderyn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the waitlist.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
