Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Calderyn ("Calderyn", "we", "us") handles the information you provide. It covers both our waitlist landing page at calderyncompany.com and, for merchants in our early-access program, the data Calderyn accesses when you connect a Google Ads account to the app (see Google user data below). Calderyn is a pre-launch product and this policy will be expanded further before general availability.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect:

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Consent to contact. By submitting your email and phone number you agree that Calderyn may contact you at them regarding the waitlist and early access. Message and data rates may apply to any text messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, by using the unsubscribe link in an email, or by emailing us (below) to have your data deleted.

Google user data

When you connect a Google Ads account to Calderyn, you authorize us - through Google's OAuth consent flow - to access that account using the Google Ads API. We access only your advertising data: your campaigns, their status and budgets, and performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and conversion value).

We use this data solely to provide Calderyn's features to you: to compute your return on ad spend against your Shopify revenue, to surface alerts and recommendations, and - only when you explicitly approve an action in the app - to apply changes back to your own account, namely pausing or resuming campaigns and adjusting daily budgets. We store an encrypted Google refresh token so the connection persists between syncs. You can revoke it at any time by disconnecting the integration in Calderyn or in your Google Account, after which we delete it.

We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties except subprocessors that operate our service under confidentiality obligations.

Calderyn's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Where your data lives

Waitlist entries are stored in a managed Postgres database (Supabase) with row-level security enabled, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Access to the underlying data is restricted to Calderyn personnel and the service providers required to operate the waitlist.

Retention

We keep your waitlist information until the earlier of: (a) you ask us to delete it, or (b) we conclude the waitlist program. After that we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Children

The waitlist is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
